Our fasting program combines classic Buchinger fasting with gentle impulses according to Anthony William and is supported by a comprehensive accompanying program.

One week before the start, you will receive an email with detailed instructions for the fasting days, recipe suggestions, and tips for physical and mental preparation. The joint fasting program begins on April 19 with an introductory morning session, a presentation on the week's schedule, and instructions on how to empty your bowels using Epsom salts.

Starting on April 20, there will be daily guided sessions: fresh juices in the morning, followed by exercise such as walking, yoga, or moderate muscle strengthening, depending on the weather. Another juice will be served at lunchtime, and the afternoon will be devoted to regeneration, liver wraps, and enemas. In the evening, we will meet for vegetable broth together. This will be followed by either a short lecture, meditation, or relaxation exercise.

The days from April 20 to 24 follow this clear structure of exercise, rest, and evening gatherings. The focus is on physical relief, inner alignment, and mindfulness.

On April 25, we will break the fast together and end the week with a final round. To conclude, you will receive a recipe book for the recovery days of the following week and further detox tips to help you make a gentle and conscious transition to a more mindful diet.

The fasting week will take place if at least 10 people register.
